Today, after much anticipation, the last workers from DI Contracting completed the final touches on my renovated condominium here at the Biltmore. My new home is complete! Often in our busy world excellence is noticed, but rarely documented.

One individual stood out prominently throughout the entire work cycle. Keith Williams was the primary reason I chose DI Contracting as my designer and builder for renovating my kitchen and bathroom here at Biltmore Courts. From the moment Keith appeared on the job site, I new I was in good hands. He went beyond the call of duty by demonstrating a commitment to detail that I didn't think still existed in this day and age. Keith always listened to my concerns, even when I made what could be termed as crazy requests. It was truly a privilege to work with a man of his caliber.

Additionally, I wanted to thank you for delivering what you promised. I appreciate how promptly you found solutions to the numerous challenges you encountered in the kitchen area of my home. Dear Lane and Keith,

When I agreed to have your company remodel my kitchen it was understood that I am a very picky individual. I had expected the job to be done in an organized manner, within the agreed upon budget without any further involvement from me. As you know I work out of my home and could not be disturbed during the process.

You have met my expectations and more. The start date was as planned the mess was insignificant and you cleaned up every night. Any surprises that were discovered, along the way, were dealt with after reviewing the options with me. You finished on time and my budget was met.

I have undertaken these types of tasks in the past by assembling my own sub contractors. The cost was not much better it took a lot of my time and every one blamed each other for the lack of coordination. At the end of the day I never really got what I planned on. I'm happy to say that those days are over. I will never run my own job again.

I love my kitchen and I wanted to thank DI Contracting for doing what they said they would do. I would not hesitate to recommend you to anyone.

Our family had just purchased our first home. My wife & I were excited to take our first step toward the "American Dream". Our excitement was also accompanied by anxiety because our new home needed some work. We had heard horror stories about "fly-by-night" contractors who took too long and cost too much! Our remodel needed to be completed on time and within budget.
