door frames are constructed of solid oak, maple, hickory, or cherry.
Wood door panels feature solid or veneer oak, maple, hickory, or cherry.
Laminate doors use 5/8-inch, 45-pound density particleboard. DuraWhite
(thermofoil) doors feature 3/4-inch medium density fiberboard.
2. Self-closing, concealed hinges adjust easily for precise alignment of cabinet doors. There is no need for removal and remounting. Hinges are covered by a lifetime limited warranty. 3. Adjustable 5/8-inch shelves adjust easily to optimize storage and are secured with locking shelf clips. Laminate and front edgebanding match cabinet interior. Shelves support 15 pounds per square foot. 4. Kiln-dried, 3/4-inch, solid wood face frames are constructed of oak, maple, hickory, or cherry. All face frame joints are reinforced and precisely aligned with self-boring screws bonded with adhesive. 5. 4-sided drawer box is constructed of 1/2-inch, 40-pound industrial grade particleboard. Optional solid wood drawer box features 1/2-inch solid maple and dovetail construction. 6. Fully-enclosed toe spaces are finished with matching toe kicks. 7. Dependable, 75-pound capacity drawer glides operate smoothly; double stop lock-outs hold drawers open for easy access. Drawer glide system carries a lifetime limited warranty. 8. High density, 3/8-inch box construction and a fully captured back panel contribute to strength. All side, top, and bottom panels are laminated on both sides for balanced rigidity. Optional plywood sides feature 3/8-inch, 5-ply plywood with veneer exterior and laminated interior. 9. Furniture-quality finish wipes up easily and resists household stains. Side panel exteriors match the face frame and door color. 10. All base cabinets feature a 3/8" x 3-inch reinforcement strip that is captured by the face frame, end panels, and back panels to strengthen the cabinet box. |
